Back pain can be caused by weak back muscles. A weak back is not durable enough to withstand twists or turns, standing or driving for a certain amount of time. When lifting, you must use your legs and kneel all the way down. Do not bend over or lean over when lifting. Stretch your back before lifting or doing anything in the day. Then you can do more exercises to strengthen your back. Stretching before bed will also help you with your sleep.This is a great yoga exercise routine to strengthen your spine.
